Sinister scrabulous

According to the Scrabulous dictionary:

'Israeli' is not a valid word. 'Jew' is a valid word.

Conspiracy theorists of the world unite! The explanation is quite simple: Israeli can only be spelled with a capital I, and hence is not a valid Scrabulous word; whereas jew is spelled with a lower case j when used as a verb.
