Thoughts of an evil genius. Well, evil anyway.
Hmmm...I read that article at Gloria's place this morning. If we think that something GJ's sponsors is wrong should we be drinking their coffee?
I suspect that that way lies madness. I would hate to think what some of the businesses I support are sponsoring!
The part of me that knows a bit about the methods of Hillsong rejoiced that they were being critiqued in public. And the part of me that knows how the media hatchets and twists things, and how disaffected members of my church portray things made me sceptical about the accuracy of the critique and very, very sad that Hillsong and Mercy ministries were once again being attacked.
Don't Hillsong own GJ's coffee's?
That's not my understanding, tcl. I believe that one of the men who owns GJ's in Australia is an attender and supporter of Hillsong congregation.Wiki article here.
I used to think that Gloria Jean was a CMS missionary in Sabah until I left the Newtown cafe strip for the bright lights of shoptopian malls.
