Saying "no" to things, going to bed early, reading, exercising.
Just generally being less social!
I've found that by canceling on 4 social events over the next few days, I already have more energy by not thinking about "how am I going to get through these things", let alone the saved by not going.
I don't like to miss things but this is a lesson I'm painfully learning!

What a coincidence - I relax by watching others sleep. Not really, but isn't sleeping different from relaxing.
