funny, i was going to put this as my facebook status a while back, but i was too scared. Thought it was too harsh or negative.
But I think I agree with you. It seems weird advertising the Lord and Saviour of the earth in such a way, and, I think the money could be spent on the poor, which is far better advertising for the church anyways, ironically.
That sentence reminds me of the night i worked for the Yemeni times in Yemen, fixing up their translations. The sentences were really long. At least they had an excuse: English was their first language.
