9 little girls

will be sleeping in the house tonight, or more likely, not sleeping. Matilda wanted a sleepover for her 9th birthday. Eek!

It's going to be a lot of fun, though.

    Hmm, not much, at least by me! The girls watched Shrek 3 and were still reasonably talkative at 10.30 pm. Then I woke at 1.30, 4.30 and 5. 30 am, feeling vaguely anxious, and then the girls woke at 6.30. At about 7 I made the pancakes, then took some to church.

    I think I'll just go and lie down for an hour before 5.00 church!

    I have an old friend who calls those nights 'wake overs' ... you can tell why ;)
